According to the E-Commerce directives from 8 June 2000 implemented throughout the European Union, the company provides the following information pertaining to the conclusion of contracts (registration, paying in and out as well as each individual bet conclusion and gaming stakes) on the Internet.

  • With your registration with the company you declare to have attained the minimum age required for gaming in accordance to the respective national legal system (usually 18 years of age). In addition, you agree to and accept the General Terms and Conditions, which deal with registration, paying in and out as well as gaming in its entirety.

  • Your contract formulas (registration, paying in and out, as well as each individual bet conclusion and gaming stakes) are all saved by the company and are at immediate disposal upon your request. For safety reasons only certain extracts of this data can be viewed and altered in your personal account.

  • If you would like to change some of your personal details, which you provided when registering, you may do so in your account under “My account/Settings: Personal details”. In your account you may also change your password by clicking on “Change password”.

  • Wagering on the bwin website can be performed in English, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, French, Polish, Greek, Norwegian, Danish, Catalan, Turkish, Czech, Hungarian, Dutch, Portugese, Russian, Slovenian, Croatian, Slovak , Romanian and Bulgarian.

  • Account

    After registering with bwin you may access your account with your login data (user ID and password). In your account you may place bets, make deposits and request withdrawals, change your details, password and website settings, as well as refer your friends.

  • Password

    User ID and password enable you to gain access to your bwin account and place bets. This so-called login combination, which you yourself can choose, protects your bwin account from misuse by an unauthorised third party. Your password must consist of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 characters. Please note the exact spelling and notation (case sensitive and no spaces are permitted between characters).
