Joker Poker

Goal

Joker Poker is a video poker game. The aim of the game is to try and make the best possible hand. The deck has 53 cards including a joker. The joker acts as a wild card, increasing your chances of winning.

How to play

  • Determine the amount you wish to wager. Do this by either setting the amount in the menu under "Define Coin Value" or by using the UP/DOWN arrows or by pressing the 2/8 keys. In Joker Poker, the minimum bet is € 0.20 and the maximum bet is € 10.
  • Then press "Start" and you will receive the first five cards.
  • Hold on to the cards that might give you a winning combination. To do so, highlight the respective card and press "Fire" or the 5 key.

Once you have a winning combination the game automatically marks the relevant cards. You can always change the suggestion by highlighting the card and pressing the "Fire" or 5 key.

  • Once you have highlighted all the cards that you want to keep, press "Draw". All cards you have not marked will be replaced by new ones.
  • You will then see whether you have won or lost.

The amount of your winnings depends on your card combination. There are a total of 11 winning combinations. The respective amount will be displayed above the 5 cards.

You can place your bet at the start of the game. You are not able to increase your bet while the game is in progress.

  • Total

    In "Total" betting, the bet is placed not on the result of an event but rather on the total number of points obtained in the event. Example: The visiting team are the New York Jets (OVER 55), the home team the Buffalo Bills (UNDER 55). Both are priced at 1.91. If you think that more than 55 points (OVER 55) will be scored in this event (by both teams together) - then you will choose bet 1 (because OVER 55 is written next to it). If you think that less than 55 points will be scored in this match (once again by both teams together) - i.e. UNDER 55 - then you will choose bet 2.
