Placing your bets via mobile in a few easy steps

This is how it works:

Visit www.bwin.com/mobile and enter your phone number and model of your mobile phone under “Bets” and “bwin mobile”. Alternatively, you may enter the address wap.bwin.com in the “Web” or “Internet” services section on your mobile phone. Subsequently, click on “bwin mobile” in the “Downloads” section.

Establishing a connection

If you are unable to establish a connection with our website, make sure that your mobile phone is WAP-enabled and you have configured the GPRS service of your provider. When the system queries your access point, select either GPRS or Web, but not MMS or video. As the case may be, try accessing other WAP pages, e.g. the mobile portal of your provider. If you are also unable to access the portal or if your web and WAP access points have not been configured, please contact your provider.

Betting

Once you have finished downloading you will find the new menu option “bwin mobile” in the main menu or games/programmes/java downloads section on your mobile phone. Select this new option and start betting.

Before you place your first bet you will have to login or register with bwin. Under “All Bets” you can select from our wide range of sports bets. Betting live or combining bets on your favourites is also just as straightforward via your mobile phone.

  • Account

    After registering with bwin you may access your account with your login data (username and password). In your account you may place bets, make in and outpayments, change your details, password and website settings, as well as refer your friends.

  • Credit card

    Online transactions via credit card are possible with VISA, DINERS and EURO / MASTERCARD. With our payment service your credit card information is stored encrypted, thus minimizing the risk of data abuse. The company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 2% for every transaction made irrelevant of the payment method used.   • FreeBet

    It is possible that you may receive FreeBets through a variety of marketing promotions. Please note, that depending on the promotion, you will be required to place one or more bets using these FreeBets before a payout is allowed.

  • Points

    There are 24 points on the board where you can move your checkers. Also used for scoring. For example, each game is initially worth one point but you can score more points if someone has doubled or if you score a gammon or a backgammon.

  • Withdrawal

    You can request a withdrawal under the point "withdrawal" in your bwin account. Defined by the country in which you registered, as well as the respective method of payment selected, there are various withdrawal methods you may choose from. bwin does, however, reserve the right to change the payment method in individual cases (e.g. by issuing refunds to credit cards).

    Withdrawals can be requested daily. One withdrawal per month, and all withdrawals over EUR 1,000, remain free of charge. The minimum withdrawal allowed is EUR 30. Customers will, however, have to pay the bank charges that incur on all additional monthly withdrawals under EUR 1,000. Bank transfers will only be sent to a bank account in the same name as that of the betting account.

    In order to ensure your security and to fulfil the terms of our licence, it is necessary when you make your first withdrawal to upload or fax us a copy of an official photo-identity document. The purpose of this is to ensure that it is YOU who has actually ordered the withdrawal and not some unauthorised third person.
