1. What the SPEI Payment Option?

SPEI is a popular alternative payment method in Latin America. The SPEI is an interface payment method operated by Banco de Mexico which allows users to make electronic transfers via online banking and without a credit card.

2. What are the minimum and maximum deposit limits?

The limits are between 60 and 10,000 MXN per transaction.

3. How soon does the money fall into my account?

If the procedure is done exactly as indicated in the cashier, the deposited amount is credited in minutes after confirmation of the online bank transfer by your bank. This confirmation can take between 10 minutes up to 3 hours a day, including the weekend.

4. I transferred a different amount than requested. What should I do?

If you have transferred an amount different from the one indicated by the system, contact the Call Center, and inform your account ID, the date and time the deposit request was made, the reference number of your transaction, and proof of your transfer made.

5. I made a deposit request, but the transfer amount is less than requested. How much will be credited to my account?

Even if the amount indicated for transfer is a little lower than what was requested, the amount to be credited to your account will be the amount indicated by you.

6. Can I deposit from someone else's account?

No, only from the account registered on the site.

7. Do you charge a fee when depositing?

There is no fee for this deposit method.

8. Is it possible to deposit from the cell phone?

Yes, it is possible. Payment methods are available from your computer or your cell phone.
