Why can’t I create a new account?
If you’re seeing a message saying that you already have an account, this means our records show that you may already be registered with one of our brands.
This includes brands such as Coral, bwin, PartyPoker and Sportingbet.
Under current regulations, no new accounts are permitted across our brands operating under the same licence. This means you won’t be able to create a new account if you already have one with any of these brands.
Note for existing multi-account holders: If you registered multiple accounts across our brands before 1st July 2026, you are permitted to keep and use them. This was allowed under the Gibraltar licence that was active at the time. However, you will still not be permitted to open any new accounts moving forward.
What should I do?
If you already have an account, you can continue using your existing account as normal. Remember that this might be on any of our Coral, bwin, PartyPoker or Sportingbet brands.
If you’re unable to access your account (for example, if you’ve forgotten your login details), you can reset your password or recover your account from the login page.
What if I think this is a mistake?
If you believe you don’t have an existing account, or this has been flagged incorrectly, please contact our Customer Support team so we can review your case.
