Wallet FAQ

What is wallet selection?

Wallet selection lets you choose exactly where your deposit goes before you complete your payment. Depending on what you want to play, you can deposit directly into either your Sports wallet or your Gaming wallet.

What’s the difference between the Sports wallet and Gaming wallet?

Your balances are kept completely separate to help you manage your funds:

  • Sports Wallet: Used exclusively for Sports betting.

  • Gaming Wallet: Used for Casino, Slots, Bingo, and all other Gaming products.

Why do I need to choose a wallet?

Keeping your Sports and Gaming balances separate gives you better control over your play. Because they are independent, the money you have in one wallet won't automatically show up or be available in the other.

Why can’t I see my full balance?

Don't worry, your money is safe! Since Sports and Gaming funds are stored separately, you might just be looking at the wrong bucket. If your balance seems lower than expected, simply check the balance of your other wallet.

Why am I unable to deposit into my Sports wallet?

In line with UK and Irish regulatory and verification standards, certain features (including depositing into your Sports wallet) will be temporarily restricted until we verify your account. If we need any identification or documents from you, a clear message will pop up explaining exactly what to do.

Can I transfer money between my Sports and Gaming wallets?

Yes, in most cases! If your account is fully verified and there are no local restrictions active, you will be able to move funds between your wallets.

Which wallet should I use?

It simply depends on what you want to play next:

  • Choose the Sports wallet if you are placing a bet on a match or event.

  • Choose the Gaming wallet if you are heading to the Casino, spinning Slots, or playing Bingo.

What happens if I deposit into the wrong wallet by mistake?

Your funds are perfectly safe. They will still be credited to your account, just in the other wallet. If internal transfers are available on your account, you can easily shift the money over to the correct wallet.

Will withdrawals pull money from both wallets?

No. Withdrawals are processed directly from the specific wallet you choose to withdraw from. Keep in mind that available withdrawal methods and processing times might vary depending on your account status and the payment method you use.

Why does my balance look different than it used to?

We have upgraded our system to separate your funds by play type. Instead of seeing one grand total, your Sports and Gaming balances are now displayed independently.

Will this change how I place bets or play games?

Yes, slightly. You just need to make sure that the specific wallet linked to what you want to do has enough funds. For example, you cannot use funds sitting in your Gaming wallet to place a football bet, and vice versa.

Do I need to verify my account to use both wallets?

Yes, full access to all wallet features, including switching funds between them or unlocking certain deposit options, will require you to complete our standard verification checks. If this is needed, we will guide you through the quick steps inside your account.
